Your login credentials are given to you by your property manager.

Life happens! In case you forgot your user id or password, you can retrieve it in two ways:

1-Click on forgot user name or password option located just below login. An email with your login credentials will be sent to your email address, which is
associated with your GateMasters account.



2-You can also email us at support@gatemastersinc.com. Please include information such as Full Name and Full address.

  • To add new resident , just click on dashboard on side menu. Then click "Add New Resident" tab.

    Then fill in all the information needed and save , and your new resident is added to your resident list.
    Resident list is available on left side menu, where you can view all the residents listed under your address.





    To add new guest , please just click on dashboard on side menu. Then click "Add new Guest"

    From time to time your Association Management may send out emails to notify residents about upcoming events or other important information using GateMasters eBlasts function.Primary residents are enrolled for eBlast by default. Other residents within the same address can be enrolled for eblast simply by clicking the eblast check box on their resident update screen. see below:

    1. Enrolling or opting out of Eblast for yourself.

    • Login to GateMasters Resident Portal
    • Click on Settings --> Alert & Text on right top corner.
    • Check to enroll or Un-check to opt-out of eblast.
    • Click on Save button.


    2. Enrolling or Opting out of EBlast for other residents on the same address.

    • Login to GateMasters Resident Portal
    • Click on the Resident List on the left navigation menu.
    • Click on the Edit button on the right of the resident record for whose eblast setting needs to be changed.
    • Check to enroll or Un-check to opt-out of eblast.
    • Click on the Save button.

    Residents are given access to community by:

  • Entering Resident Passcode
  • Using FOB/Remotes/Clickers

    1.Resident can enter community using their resident passcode .
    **Passcode is located at top right corner of their webpage in Gatemasters website .


    2. Residents can use their clickers/remotes to enter the community.

  • Guest can access the community by:

  • Using Guest Passcode
  • Calling the Resident

    When guest arrived at gate , they press Guest Pass Code Button on Kiosk to enter Guest Pass Code.



    If the passocde is vaild , your guest will be granted access.

    **If Passcode doesn't work either its expired or Guest doesn't remember the right passcode.
    Guest can then call the resident.

    Search the resident by Name or Address

    Guest can call the resident. Resident can open the gate by pressing number 4 on the phone.


  • Login to your resident portal using your login credential and you can find your passcode option located on the top right corner of your page.

    STEP 1-Login to Gatemasters website, using the login credentials provided. Here is the link resident portal

    Add guest , by clicking "Add new guest"

    STEP 2-Enter the information in guest form and assign pass code.
